BLACKLICK, Ohio – The UIndy women's golf team erased a five-stroke deficit Tuesday at the NC4K College Classic, leapfrogging Findlay for the team win at the 36-hole tournament, held at Jefferson Country Club in Blacklick, Ohio Monday and Tuesday. Meanwhile, UIndy's
Pilar Echeverria (72-71) climbed to the top of the individual leaderboard with a strong second round to take medalist honors.

After a first-round 306 Monday, the Greyhounds combined for a second-round 293 to sprint past the Oilers and take the win by nine strokes. Two Greyhounds finished at par or better Tuesday, including Echeverria. The Guatemala native carded a one-under 71 in the final round – the lowest round of the day – to finish at -1 and secure her fourth individual medal of the season.

Two other Greyhounds placed in the top 10, as senior
Kennedy Holtsclaw (81-72) and freshman
Cailyn Henderson (78-75) shared 10th place at +9. Senior
Katharina Keilich (75-80) tied for 16th, while sophomore
Anna Kramer (82-75) shared 21st.

Kramer provided the highlight with her first-ever hole-in-one Tuesday. The Spring Lake, Mich., native struck her eight iron true to find the bottom of the cup on the 148-yard 17th hole.
Freshman
Elyse Stasil (80-74) also made the trip, competing as an individual. She finished her tournament with a two-over 74 Tuesday to place 12th.
