Toriano Clinton and
Al McKeller went for 172 and 145 yards, respectively, while d-lineman

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Hounds amassed 20 unanswered points in the second quarter and piled on 21 more in the third. Late in the third stanza, the UIndy offense traversed 97 yards in just three plays, with Clinton breaking away for a 76-yard touchdown run to essentially put the game out of reach.
Â
The Hounds had other lengthy touchdowns on the evening, as
Maurice Robinson hauled in a 47-yard TD pass and McKeller rumbled for a 30-yard score. Wideout
Ryan Topper caught a pair of shorter touchdown passes, while quarterback
TJ Edwards added a seven-yard rushing TD to go with his three scoring tosses.
Â
Defensively, the Hounds controlled the field position by recovering two of three forced fumbles. Redshirt-freshman safety
Loren Strickland led the Hounds with seven tackles in his first career start,
Alex Parsons compiled six tackles and a pass break-up, and
Joe Lambright added two tackles for a loss while causing and corralling a fumble.
