INDIANAPOLIS- The #11 Greyhound wrestling team moved to 4-0 on the young season with a pair of Super Region 3 dual wins Saturday in the Ruth Lilly Fitness Center.
UIndy opened its 2-0 day with a 25-10 win over #T17 Findlay, before defeating #8 Tiffin 26-18. No. 7

Gleason Mappes (2-0) Â all went 2-0 on the day to boost the Hounds to the two home victories.

After the Roughnecks took the first bout of the dual,
Gavin Ritter (3-1) tied the match at 3-3 with a 4-3 decision over Derek Sharp at 133. The Bailey brothers pushed the Greyhounds to a lead they would never give up with back-to-back bonus point wins at 141 and 149, with #7
Breyden Bailey making his Greyhound debut with a pin in 4:16 of Findlay's Dakota Blanton.
Logan Bailey followed with a 14-1 major decision at 149 to put UIndy ahead 13-3.
The visitors notched four more team points with a major at 157, but UIndy would win four of the final five bouts of the dual to take the win. No. 5 Eiteljorge took a 7-6 decision over Hunter Reed at 165, with #10 Sams following with a 6-0 win at 174 in his first match in a UIndy singlet. No. 10 Mappes pushed the score to 22-7 Greyhounds with a 4-0 win over Daniel Rosales at 184, with
Derek Blubaugh (3-1) claiming the final UIndy win of the dual with a 5-2 win at 197. The Roughnecks tacked on a final three points with a win at heavyweight to run the final score to 25-10.

The #8 Dragons jumped out to a 9-0 lead after the first two matches of the dual, but a
Breyden Bailey pin in 0:44 over Ashten Moody, followed by a 7-0 decision from
Logan Bailey at 149 over Dylan Mansor tied the dual at 9-9.
UIndy would take the next four bouts to build a 26-9 lead. No. 4
Dawson Combest (3-1) put up four points with a 15-5 major decision over Collin Adkins at 157, with Eiteljorge following with a 3-2 win at 165 over #6 Bryan LaVearn. After a Tiffin forfeit at 174, Mappes took his second win of the day with an 11-0 major at 184.
The Dragons took the final two bouts of the day to push the final score to 26-18.
The Greyhounds jump back into Great Lakes Valley Conference action next weekend, heading north to Davenport for matches with the host Panthers and #5 McKendree Sunday afternoon.
