LEBANON, Ill. – The UIndy volleyball team (11-11, 7-3 GLVC) returned to GLVC play Friday night with a 3-0 sweep at McKendree University. The Greyhounds limited the Bearcats to a .124 hitting percentage, while junior
Elizabeth Eads led the offense with a match-high 12 kills.

McKendree (6-14, 2-7) jumped in front 12-6 in the opening set to take control early, but UIndy ambushed its host with a 12-3 run to snatch the lead. The rally was capped by a service ace from freshman
Lauren Peal—one of three aces in the set.

It was all Greyhounds from there. They went on to take set one, 25-19, before notching wins in the next two frames to complete the sweep. The Hounds capped the match with a .351 attack percentage in the decisive third set.
