TEMPE, Ariz.- The UIndy women's tennis team retained their position in the national rankings this week as a unanimous No. 1 selection. The Hounds had a strong showing against the No. 6 University of West Florida during their spring break trip last week, coming away with a 7-0 sweep. This moves the Hounds undefeated season into double digits as they now sit at 10-0. They are just one of seven teams in the top 25 that remain undefeated.Â
On the men's side, the Hounds dropped to No. 5, currently sitting at 7-2 on the season. UIndy fell to then No. 5 University of West Florida by a tally of 3-4 last week. The Arogants moved to No. 4 in this weeks rankings.
Both programs are coming off of GLVC player of the week nods with sophomore Tom Zeuch for the men and junior Nikol Alekseeva for the women.Â

With over half their season completed at this point, both teams have a series of GLVC match-ups on the dockett, with it starting off with both teams travelling to Romeoville, Ill to take on the Lewis Flyers on April. 3.Â
