SPRINGFIELD, Mo. –
Elisabeth Kessler scored her second goal this season in the 68
th minute in the defeating the Drury Panthers 1-0 at Harrison Stadium on Thursday morning.
Kessler was assisted by
Dana Youssef, who led the team with four shots – two of which were on goal. The senior defender was followed by Kaylee Zimblemann with three shots.
UIndy posted a total of five shots on goal off of 13 shots. Kessler, Youssef,
Taylor Peck, and
Maria Herrero made up the list of Hounds to get shots on goal.
Laura Shake earned another clean sheet for the Greyhounds, with five saves during her 90:00 minutes in goal.
The Panthers were led by Christine Harpe who had two shots on goal, and goalkeeper Kaitlyn Knetzke took the loss with four saves in her 90:00 minutes.
