QUINCY, Ill. – Two chances at the free throw line, four points.
Mickey Sasson hits all of them to secure the win over the Quincy Hawks on Thursday afternoon. The 64-59 win brings the Greyhounds record to 7-10 and brings their conference record to 4-5.
While the Greyhounds held the lead for over 75 percent of the battle, the Hawks wouldn't let their wings get clipped so easily, keeping it within eight the entirety of the game.
While Sasson's final free throws finalized the win, the Greyhounds showed their grit at the line by making 100 percent of their free throws throughout the game.
Taylor Drury and
Shira Sasson both scored in double digits on the night with 10 each, while
Lauren With showed her ability as a key play maker with six rebounds and five assists.
Sarah Nelson led Quincy with 19 points and four boards.

-UIndy made 38 percent of its shots, while the Hawks hit 42 percent.
-Rebounds were equal with 32 each.
-The Greyhounds had their lowest number of turnovers this season by committing 10 and forcing 13.
