INDIANAPOLIS – Despite picking up a win over the weekend, the University of Indianapolis women's lacrosse team dropped one spot to No. 3 in the ILWomen/IWLCA Division II Poll.

The Hounds switched places with now No. 2 Adelphi who have handed UIndy their only loss of the season thus far.  Adelphi topped now No. 9 LeMoyne over the weekend, a team the Hounds have also beaten this season.  UIndy has five wins over Top 25 teams this season, including taking down No. 1 LeMoyne on the road.

UIndy hosts a crucial Great Lakes Valley Conference match up at Key Stadium this Friday.  They'll host No. 7 Lindenwood in a battle between the top two teams in the GLVC.  Both teams have a perfect 5-0 record in conference play this season with a chance to host the GLVC Championship tournament on the line.
