NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The UIndy women's lacrosse team was recognized in the IWLCA Lacrosse Preseason Coaches poll, released Monday.
The Greyhounds made its second
NCAA DII Final Four appearance in 2025, and return 10 of the team's top 11 goalscorers for the 2026 season. UIndy also returns the
2025 IWLCA All-American trio of;
Amanda Hurry,
Hollis Rang, and
Olivia Bladon, and all three member of the
IWLCAÂ Regional Coaching Staff of the Year, led by third-year head coach
Peyton Romig.
UIndy opens its season with a headline match up against No. 1-ranked Tampa on Saturday Feb. 14 at Key Stadium. The Greyhounds and Spartans have met six times before including at last season's
Final Four, with the Greyhounds' last win against Tampa coming in
2023.Â
