NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) announced its 2026 All-Region teams on Wednesday, with seven Greyhounds appearing on the annual lists. UIndy's seven representatives are the most in the Midwest region, and are tied for the second-most across all regions with Adelphi and Pace, and sit with one fewer representative than Flagler.Â
The Hounds received six top team nods with;Â
Amanda Hurry,
Hollis Rang,
Mariah Whitfield,
Malaena Michielin,
Olivia Bladon and
Sage Da Silva all receiving first-team honors, whileÂ
Ava Graham was voted to the Midwest second-team. Bladon and Hurry both earned their third honors on the IWLCA All-Region list, and Da Silva and Rang are now two-time honorees.
Â
Today's seven nominations brings the all-time UIndy IWLCA All-Region total to 54 since the program's start in 2017.
Bladon, Da Silva and Michielin continue to head the Greyhounds' attack with the trio being 1-2-3 in goals scored for UIndy this season, and the senior, Bladon, leads the team in draw controls once again this season with 122. The defensive prowess of Hurry, Rang and Whitfield lead one of the nation's top scoring defensive units, allowing the sixth fewest goals in the NCAA this season, and the second fewest amongst NCAA Tournament teams this season. Graham rounds out the list of honorees, after her most recent postseason contests where she notched 12 saves against
Maryville, and nine against
Ashland.Â
UIndy is making its fifth appearance in the last six seasons in the NCAA DII Midwest Region final this weekend, playing host to Maryville on Saturday May 16 at 1 p.m. ET, with a trip to the Greyhounds' second straight national semifinal berth on the line.
