SPARKS, Md. - The UIndy women's lacrosse team finished the 2026 season ranked fourth, tied with national semifinalist East Stroudsburg, in the final IWLCA national poll, announced Tuesday afternoon.
UIndy finished its 2026 season with the second best record in program history at 18-2, tied with theÂ
2019Â season where the Greyhounds also went 18-2. This season also marks the most wins head coachÂ
Peyton Romig has had in her three years at the helm of the program.
Along with the 18-2 record, the Greyhounds also received a plethora of individual recognition including;
Amanda Hurry,
Hollis Rang,
Malaena Michielin, and
Olivia Bladon who all garnered
IWLCA All-American honors. All four ladies and senior teammate,
Sage Da Silva, also earned
USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American recognition for the 2026 season.
Ava Graham and
Mariah Whitfield round out the record setting nominations list for the 2026 season, joining Bladon, Da Silva, Hurry, Michielin, and Rang on the
IWLCA All-Region list.
