 The University of Indianapolis women's tennis team has once again repeated as the Great Lakes Valley Conference tournament champions after defeating Southwest Baptist, 4-0, on Sunday afternoon.

After a close set of doubles, clinched by No. 1s
Anna Novikova and Maria Solynskina. The Hounds took a quick three-point sweep in singles to secure the win. With
Isabella Dunlap and
Sofia Sharonova taking the first win, Amaning and
Maissane Aik taking the second. Both with 6-3 wins.

Head Coach,
Malik Tabet, was awarded with the Great Lakes Valley Conference Women's Coach of the Year following the match, Tabet is the reigning winner of this award and has showed why he is the best of the best in not only the form of team success but in the team chemistry he promotes on his team.

In singles, the strength was shown of the Hounds rosters as it was the All-GLVC First teamer –
Kristina Lagoda to lead off the Hounds wins with a pair of 6-1 sets. Then freshman, Cakarevic, would be the next to flex her strength with a 6-1 an 6-0 set. It was then Amaning who after a close first set that came down to a 7-4 tie break, would take the Championship winning set in 6-1.
