INDIANAPOLIS - The UIndy men's and women's cross country teams prepare for the NCAA DII Cross Country Regional Championships on Saturday. The meet will take place at Angel Mounds Park in Evansville, Ind. The women will compete in their 6k first at 11 a.m. EST and the men's 10k will follow at 12:15 p.m. EST.
Thirty-eight teams from the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC), Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC), and Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) will battle for a chance to compete at nationals. The top-25 finishers from each race will be named All-Region.

Gabrielle Harrell,
Mariah Judy,
Hailey Orosz, and
Claire Wigger from the women's team. For the men
Garrett Ardis,
Liam Arthur,
Andrew Bixler,
Harnoor Dosanjh,
Brandon Ellis,
Felix Rivet, and
Tom Saint-Juvin will participate.
The Hounds last competed in the GLVC Championships on Oct. 21. The women came in sixth and the men in seventh. Orosz, Judy, and Saint-Juvin were named All-GLVC with their top-20 finishes.
