KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The UIndy men's basketball team stretched its win streak to eight on Thursday evening, picking up a 72-48 victory at Rockhurst.

In a total team effort, the Greyhounds limited their opponent to a season-low 48 points for the second time this season while witnessing 10 finish in the scoring column.
Paul Zilinskas led the way with a game-best 15 points, while
Jesse Bingham became the first in program history to surpass 100 career blocks and 100 career steals.

The Hounds built an impressive lead in the opening 20 minutes, thanks to a 50.0 percent effort from the field. Back-to-back 3-pointers from
Dylan Ingram and
Josiah Tynes capped a 10-0 run at the 8:07 mark of the first half.

Zilinskas tallied 10 points before the break, including a jumper with under one minute left to make the halftime lead, 32-19.

There was no looking back after intermission, doubling up the host Hawks with Tynes layup with under 13 minutes left.

Sean Craig became the 10th Greyhound to score with a jumper at the 8:26 mark of the second half, finishing with four points in 12 minutes of action.
David Ejah, including Ingram, was just ahead of the sophomore with five points apiece.

INSIDE THE BOX
- Bingham committed two thefts in the win and now has 101 career steals.
- The Hounds attempted a season-high 25 free throws in the win, shooting their most from the charity stripe since March 2023 against Quincy.
Kendrick Tchoua accounted for 10 of those attempts.
- Rockhurst coughed up possession 18 times, the second-highest UIndy has forced this season.

Zac Szul finished with six points, two rebounds, and one assist.
- UIndy has produced 10 scorers three times this season, the last coming just eight days ago at Quincy.

Julian Steinfeld was stout defensively with three blocks and three boards.
