Jesse Bingham was announced as a top-100 finalist for the 2023-24 Clarence "Bevo" Francis Award for the second straight season, the National Awards Committee and Small College Basketball released on Monday.

This season marks the eighth year the honor will be awarded, which recognizes the top men's basketball players across NCAA Division II and III, along with NAIA, USCAA, and NCCAA. Bingham advanced to the top 50 last season, adding to his list of laurels such as NABC All-America and All-GLVC First Team.

Bingham is averaging 15.1 points and 4.2 rebounds through 15 games this winter, while also leading the team in assists (32), steals (23), and blocks (22).

Nova Southeastern redshirt-junior RJ Sunahara earned the top award last season.

Earlier this season, Bingham became the first Greyhound in program history to surpass 100 career blocks and 100 career steals.

The top 50 will be announced in February.
