WILLIAMSVILLE, Ill. - The UIndy women's volleyball team concluded the 2024 season with a 1-3 loss to Lewis in the GLVC Championships Tournament semifinals. The Greyhounds finish the season 19-11 and 8-5 in conference play.

Kayla Guthrie had a career night to wrap up her time in a Hounds' uniform. Guthrie finished with 17 kills and hit .361.

INS & OUTS
Despite falling to the Flyers in the first two sets, UIndy came back in the third to force a fourth frame. During the third set, the Greyhounds held Lewis to .130 hitting and only 12 kills. The Hounds compiled 16 of their own during the frame and hit .196.

Senior
Sophia Parlanti led the team in kills with 22, hitting .206. There for the assist was redshirt junior
Claire Morris who picked up 45 helpers.

On defense,
Ellie Spang had a team-high 17 digs against the Flyers. Sophomore
Riley Laine tabbed two block assists, with four other Hounds getting one.

Allie Wuestenfeld picked up 11 digs during the contest. Senior

Macy Bruton each finished with 10.
- Freshman
Madeline Lynch capped her first season with nine kills against Lewis.
- UIndy finished with five aces, Laine led the team with two.
- The Flyers' front line became an issue for the Greyhounds, committing 12 total blocks compared to the Hounds' three.
