Jeremias Pock have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Athletes of the Week in women's and men's swimming and diving, respectively, it was announced by the league office Thursday.Â
WOMEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Andrea Gomez, #2 Indianapolis
Sr. | Back/Fly/IM | Pamplona, Spain
Major: Exercise Science
Team Results: 3rd/5 Teams at Denison Invitational (12/5-7)
- Won 500 Freestyle (4:48.23), 400 IM (4:15.57), and 200 Butterfly (1:58.79)
- Set pool record and hit A-cut mark in all three events
- Broke school records in 200 Fly and 500 Free, which was the oldest mark in the program's annals (2011)
- Swam 51.17 split on first-place 400 Free Relay team
- Earns third career Athlete of the Week Award (12/12/24, 1/17/24, 11/8/23)
- Last Greyhounds' Athlete of the Week: Kirabo Namutebi (11/6/24)

Major: Exercise Science
Team Results: 3rd/5 Teams at Denison Invitational (12/5-7)
- Took first in 200 IM (1:44.04), 100 Breaststroke (52.52), and 200 Breast (1:52.87)
- Set pool record and reached A-cut status in all three events
- Broke school records in 200 IM and 200 Breast
- Part of three first-place relay teams: 200 Medley (23.27 split), 800 Free (1:36.58), and 400 Free (43.58)
- Earns third career Athlete of the Week Award (12/12/24, 10/30/24, 10/16/24)
- Last Greyhounds' Athlete of the Week: Cedric Buessing (11/6/24)
