INDIANAPOLIS - The UIndy women's cross country team was picked to finish fifth in the GLVC preseason coaches poll with 150 points.

Emma Gaston returns to UIndy to help lead the Greyhounds this season. Gaston finished the GLVC Cross Country Championships in 64th place. The Hounds begin the season in Marion, Ind., at the Twilight Invitational. Hosted by Indiana Wesleyan, the meet is slated for Friday, Sept. 6 at the IWU Cross Country Course.
Lewis was picked to win the conference title with 196 points and 14 first-place votes. Southwest Baptist and Drury rounded out the top three.
