INDIANAPOLIS – UIndy redshirt-junior Aidan Sprague was named the Great Lakes Valley Conference/Athletic Solutions Wrestler of the Week in men's wrestling, it was announced by the league office Tuesday.

• Went 6-2 to finish fourth in 133-lb division at Midwest Classic, winning six consecutive matches after losing his first match of the tournament
  • Beat trio of opponents by one-point decision: Mount Olive's Brock Christian (8-7), Colorado Mesa's Oran Huff (11-10), and UW-Parkside's Elon Rodriguez (14-13)
  • Defeated Pitt-Johnstown's Brady Baker (0:33, fall) and UMary's Ben DeForest (14-4, major decision)
  • Pinned No. 11-ranked Nick Cottone of Millersville (2:29) before falling to No. 7 Thad Long from McKendree in the third-place match
• Earns first career Wrestler of the Week Award
• Last Greyhounds' Wrestler of the Week: Logan Farnell (11/12/25)
