INDIANAPOLIS – The 10th-ranked UIndy men's lacrosse team dominated in its season opener on Saturday, defeating in-region Davenport by a score of 19-4 at Key Stadium.

The Panthers offense struggled for much of the contest, scoring their first goal nearly 44 minutes into the region bout. Transfer netminder
AJ Preachuk stood tall in his Greyhound debut, making eight saves in 54+ minutes between the pipes.

Brandon Nemit netter.
Ryan Carver, who was credited with the assist in Rockley's fourth-quarter score, also recorded two ground balls.
