Matthieu Derache and
David Simeonov served a 6-0 result to Reggie Bechtel and Caleb Pritchett in #1 doubles, while
Asier Ayllon Prado and
Tadeo Gaggiofatto took down Camile Le Guellec and Raphael Delente in #2 doubles 6-3 to secure the first point for UIndy.
Lorenzo Di Cursi and
Manu Lanteri defeated Magnus Hauska and Eliott Burer in the third doubles slot.
The Hounds continued to roll through the Saints in singles, as four of the six Greyhounds in the lineup only conceded one game. It started with Derache beating Delente 6-1 6-0, and Ayllon Prado finishing Le Guellec 6-1 6-0 to take a 3-0 lead. Gaggiofatto overcame Sebastian Guevara 6-0 6-1, and Di Cursi bested Herrington 6-1 6-0. In #5 singles,
Pablo Alcon Palacios fell to Jacob Eddingfield 3-6 2-6 for the Saints lone point.
Nicolas Balzola Izquierdo defeated Clayton Arnett 6-3 6-1 to finish the day.
