INDIANAPOLIS – In just their second match at full strength, the University of Indianapolis women's tennis team took down UMSL 4-1. The Greyhounds advance to 8-5 on the season. 

INS AND OUTS 
A pair of bagels at #1 and #3 doubles opened up the scoring for UIndy. Sofia Cardenas and Tyffaine Pais topped Hannah Tse and Sasha Lopez 6-0, while Suryanshi and Linya Chen dominated Emma Bridges and Giuliana Cinza 6-0. 

The Hounds extended their lead to 2-0 after Suryanshi opened up singles competition with a 6-1 6-0 victory over Anna Favaron at #2 singles. 

Silvia Zappoli's 6-2 6-1 victory over Lauren Sweeney at #5 singles extended the Greyhound lead to 3-0. Pais wrapped up the match with a 6-0 4-6 6-3 win over Tse.  

UP NEXT
The Hounds will host Maryville tomorrow, April 19, at the UIndy Tennis Center for their Back the Pack match. Tomorrow is also senior day, with festivities beginning at 1:50 PM.
