INDIANAPOLIS – The UIndy women's swimming and diving team cruised to a 202.66-67.33 victory over fellow Circle City resident Butler University Saturday at the Ruth Lilly Center. Prior to competition, the team honored 14 seniors for their hard work and dedication to the program and the University.

Jokubas Jankauskas were all recognized before the start of the meet.
With the men's team shifting to an intrasquad meet after Northern Kentucky backed out, the Greyhound women went head-to-head with the crosstown Bulldogs. The Hounds played the role of top dog, dominating their way to the dual win.
The highlights came in the 100 free and 100 fly, with fresh B cuts coming in both races.
Valentina Masella hung a 51.73 on the board in the 100 free, while
Celina Schmidt tossed her name in the 100 fly hat with a 55.45.
Megan Gregory swept the breaststroke races, while Masella tacked on a win in the 200 IM.
UIndy took care of business in the relays as well, winning both the 400 medley and 200 free relays.
Dana Dominguez, Schmidt,
Caprice Schlueter and
Kirabo Namutebi won the former with a 3:50.34; while
Hanna Burke,
Elisa Funes,
Jasmin Hoffmann and
Caroline Reinke took the latter race in 1:34.64.
On the boards,
Megan Sunderman held off
Abby Sneed to win the women's 1-meter. Freshman
Donovan McMahon put up a big number to win the men's 1-meter, racking up 346.13 points.
