DeWitt Hits 2,000 Career Minutes In Season Finale

INDIANAPOLIS - The UIndy women's soccer team fell 1-0 at home against the Truman State Bulldogs.

The matchup saw the Bulldogs control possession throughout with the visitors finding seven corner kicks between the 10th and 25th minutes of action.

Samaya Hogg in her first start since September helped keep the Greyhounds close with a pair of saves in the first half.

Nicole Schroeder was the first UIndy player to find a shot on goal as she fired one on target with a minute left in the first half.

The second half was a similar story with Truman coming out with a number of shots and corner kicks in the opening 30 minutes of the half before they found the back of the net in the 74th minute.

In the final minutes of the game, senior Emily DeWitt eclipsed 2,000 minutes played at UIndy in her career. Samaya Hogg also saved eight shots in her start, the second most saves in her career.

The final whistle concluded the game at 1-0 after the Truman goal, marking the last game of the 2026 season for the women's soccer team.
