TEMPE, Ariz. – In the latest ITA National Poll, the UIndy women's tennis team appeared at No. 26. Individually, Magda Kornijczuk and Maelys Thiery-James were ranked No. 37 in doubles, with Kornijczuk listed at No. 73 in singles.
As a program, the Greyhounds sit at 4-5 this season, with ranked wins against No. 24 Charleston and No. 43 Walsh. This is the highest ranking in the national poll since March 20, 2024.
Kornijczuk and Thiery-James, who made the semifinals of ITA Midwest Regional Championship as a doubles team, appeared in the midseason rankings with a 6-5 record. The pair most notably defeated Anastasiia Opolska and Olesya Stokusova, the No. 21 doubles team from North Georgia. Kornijczuk holds a 4-6 mark in singles competition.
