Hounds Eyeing to Repeat as GLVC Champions

PERU, Ind.— The UIndy women's golf team begins postseason play on Friday, heading to Rock Hollow Golf Club for the 2026 GLVC Championships. The 13-team tournament will take place Friday through Sunday, April 17-19.

The start of action features a 54-hole stroke play event where the individual medalist will be awarded. The top-four teams after stroke play will then compete in medal/match play to determine the team champion. A total of 36 holes are played on Friday, April 17, followed by 18 holes on Saturday, April 18. The semifinals and finals of match play will take place on Sunday, April 19.

Led by second year head coach Andy Serketich, UIndy is looking to win its third straight GLVC Championship, which would be its longest streak since the team won eight straight from 2011 to 2019. The Hounds won the Oldfield Intercollegiate and finished in second place at the Findianapolis Intercollegiate this spring, and have been headed by a strong squad that has 14 top-15 finishes this season, including individual wins from Ava Ray and Caroline Whallon.

More information about the 2026 Championship can be found here, including info on live streaming coverage, which will be available on all GLVCSN platforms at GLVCSN.com, on the GLVCSN iOS or Android mobile app, and the GLVCSN OTT apps through Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, and Android TV. Fans can also follow Championship coverage on Twitter/X via the hashtags #GLVCwgolf and #GLVCchamps, which will be used by both official Conference accounts, @GLVCsports and @GLVCSN.
