INDIANAPOLIS – The University of Indianapolis announced Tuesday the hiring of Sara Quatrocky as its new Senior Associate Athletic Director of Advancement.

Quatrocky joins the Greyhounds with more than 20 years of experience driving philanthropic growth, donor engagement, and revenue strategy across NCAA Division I, II, and III institutions. She brings a proven track record of scaling annual giving programs, executing major capital campaigns, and building high-performing athletic advancement operations.

Quatrocky most recently served as the Assistant Athletic Director for Development and Annual Giving at Virginia Commonwealth University. During her tenure at VCU, she architected strategic solicitation and segmentation plans that drove a 60-percent surge in annual giving within a single fiscal year across all sports teams. Her efforts also tripled Annual Giving Day revenue and helped secure $15 million toward the athletic department's portion of the university's $40 million strategic five-year campaign.

Prior to VCU, Quatrocky served as the Athletic Director at Maryville College from 2019 to 2024. As the chief administrator, she helped secure more than $7 million in capital funding to transform the campus infrastructure, including constructing a premier track and field stadium and executing comprehensive facility renovations for every sport program. Under her leadership, the college added over $1.5 million in new organizational revenue and generated up to $500,000 annually in supplemental revenue to enhance the student-athlete experience.
In addition to her fundraising success, Quatrocky has established herself as a pioneer in collegiate athletic governance. From 2019 to 2023, she served on the NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Championship Committee. She held the position as chair in 2022-2023, making history as the first woman to ever hold the position on the men's committee.

Her extensive career also includes 15 years in progressive leadership roles at Lynn University, culminating as the Associate Athletics Director for Internal Operations and Student Success. During her tenure at Lynn, she helped support capital initiatives for a new tennis facility, lacrosse/soccer stadium, and gymnasium upgrades while the department captured eight NCAA Division II National Championships. She also spent time at Rhodes College as the Senior Woman Administrator and Director of Academic and Learning Resources, where she developed academic support and mentoring programs for over 500 student-athletes.

Quatrocky holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Communications and earned her Master of Business Administration in Sports Administration, both from Lynn University.
