University of Indianapolis football standouts Tyler Leopold, Alvin Contreras and Eli Liapis earned preseason accolades this week, nabbing a spot on the D2Football.com Elite 100 Watch List. With input from numerous sitting head coaches as well as professional football scouting veteran Josh Buchanan, the D2Football.com staff slotted Leopold on the First Team and Contreras and Liapis to the SQUAD team (equivalent to honorable mention) on the exclusive list. All three student-athletes garnered All-GLVC First Team accolades in 2025.
