Montgomery was a member of the UIndy women's lacrosse team that won the 2022 NCAA Division II National Championship. She caused a team-high three turnovers and collected two ground balls in the 11-9 win over East Stroudsburg.

Despite missing a handful of games due to injury, still managed to collect 16 starts for the Greyhounds ... led the team with 78 draw controls while finishing third with 19 caused turnovers ... scored a goal against Maryville (4/30) and dished out an assist against Rockhurst (4/14) ... added a season-high nine draw controls against Walsh (2/18) ... caused a season-best five turnover against Quincy (4/21) ... found a spot on the All-GLVC Second Team list while also being tabbed as an IWLCA All-Region Second Team honoree ... was selected to the IWLCA Senior All-Star game.

Made an immediate impact as a transfer by playing in and starting all 23 games on the season ... led the team with 38 ground balls and caused a team-leading 33 turnovers on defense ... ended the season with 56 draw controls while scoring seven goals and adding two assists on offense ... caused a season-high four turnovers against Lewis (4/2) ... scooped up a season-best four ground balls against Missouri Western State (4/8) and Lindenwood (5/1) ... had her best mark on the season of five draw controls in games against Findlay (3/30), Grand Valley State (3/4), and Lindenwood (5/13) ... collected a handful of prestigious honors which most notably included being named as a IWLCA First Team All-American.

PRIOR TO UINDY
Played at NCAA Division III-member William Smith College and left the program as the career leader in draw controls and caused turnovers ... was named as an IWLCA First Team (2021), Second Team (2019), and Third Team (2018) All-American during her time with the Herons ... was the Liberty League Defensive Player of the Year during the 2021 and 2019 seasons ... set the William Smith program record at the time of 11 draw controls against Vassar during the 2019 campaign.
