Vegh was a member of the UIndy women's lacrosse team that won the 2022 NCAA Division II National Championship. She collected two ground balls and caused two turnovers while notching a draw control in the 11-9 win over East Stroudsburg.

Served as a top defender for UIndy by tying for the team lead in caused turnovers (25) ... finished second on the team in ground balls (38) while adding 15 draw controls ... added a pair of goals on the year, both of which came in separate games against Maryville (4/8 & 4/30) ... dished out an assist against Lewis (3/26) ... collected a season-high three caused turnovers against Rockhurst (4/14) and Quincy (4/21) ... scooped up a season-best five ground balls against Davenport (3/17) ... had her best mark of four draw controls against Lee (2/25) ... earned a handful of prestigious accolades which most notably included being a IWLCA Second Team All-American.

Appeared in and started all 23 games on the season ... scooped up 31 ground balls and caused 20 turnovers on defense ... also scored five goals and earned five draw controls for the Hounds ... caused a season-high four turnovers against Grand Valley State (3/4) ... had a pair of goals against Rockhurst (4/10) ... found a spot on the All-GLVC Honorable Mention list while also collecting Academic All-GLVC honors.
