Named First Team All-Great Lakes Valley Conference after starting all 13 games at quarterback...threw for 3013 yards, 27 touchdowns and 13 interceptions...broke his own single-season school records for completions (246) and completion percentage (66.5)...snapped the UIndy record for career TD passes in week 8 of his junior season...twice named GLVC Offensive Player of the Week...tossed four touchdowns in four consecutive games...threw for a seasoon-high 294 yards in a win versus Delta State (11/3)...scored the game-winning TD with 1:35 left in the GLVC-title-clinching win at Urbana (11/10)...ran for a season-best 54 yards and a TD in the playoff win vs. Midwestern State (11/17)...dubbed Academic All-GLVC...also garnered Preseason All-American Honorable Mention from Beyond Sports Network...named to the USA Football News D-II Central Region Preseason All-Star Team; garnered Preseason All-America Honorable Mention from the same publication.

2011
First Team All-GLIAC quarterback started all 11 games...paced the conference in passing yards (2,980) while setting new single-season school records for TD passes (29), completions (243) and completion percentage (63.8)...named the GLIAC "Offensive Back of the Year"...picked up Second Team All-America accolades from D2Football.com and All-America Honorable Mention from Don Hansen...selected as one of just 22 nationwide candidates for the 2011 Harlon Hill Trophy...had at least one TD pass in every game, including five games with three and two with four...finished the season with just five interceptions and ranked second in all of Division II in interception percentage (1.31)...including the end of the 2010 season and the beginning of 2011, threw 274 consecutive passes without a pick, coming just seven attempts shy of breaking the D-II record ...engineered a last-minute, game-winning drive versus 15th-ranked Grand Valley State (9/17), one that culminated in a 22-yard TD pass to beat the Lakers, 34-33; also notched his first collegiate rushing TD in that game...amassed a season-high 415 passing yards in a win vs. Northern Michigan (10/22)...also garnered GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team honors (3.5+ GPA) for his work in the classroom.

2010
Started seven games at quarterback as a freshman...named Greyhounds' Offensive Freshman of the Year...compiled a 56.6 completion percentage while throwing for 1,636 yards and nine touchdowns...twice threw for over 300 yards, including a season-high 329 in win over Ferris State (10/30)...ended season with a 128.6 pass efficiency rating and averaged 204.5 passing yards/game, with the latter good for fourth in the GLIAC.

HIGH SCHOOL
Ranks fifth all-time in IHSAA history in career passing yards (9,501)... led Lafayette Central Catholic to a perfect 15-0 record as a senior, on the way to winning the 2009 IHSAA Class A state championship…threw a Class A record-tying four touchdown passes in the state final in a 52-0 rout of Fountain Central...also named all-state as a punter.

Majoring in Finance...younger brother Timmy is a wide receiver at Division II Hillsdale College.
