High School:  Lettered four years in the pool for the Indians in the butterfly, backstroke and sprint free events ... helped Hart win the Foothill League championship all four years to extend the Indians' streak to 18 consecutive conference championships ... came from behind as the anchor of the meet's final event, the 400 free relay, to win the event and set a league record (3:10.13) ... led Hart to a league-record win in the 200 medley relay (1:36.95) and won the 100 fly ... three-time All-Foothill League swimmer after winning league championships in the 200 medley and 400 free relays as a junior and 400 free relay as a sophomore ... three-year starting outside linebacker on the football team ... second-team all league as a junior and then made the first team as a senior when he was also Santa Clarita Signal first team all-area ...
