2013-14:  Placed seventh at the inaugrual GLVC Championships in the 1,650 free (16:34.21) ... also placed 12th in the 400 IM, 13th in the 400 IM (4:13.80) and 13th in the 1000 free (9:51.96) ... his time in the latter event was good for the eighth-fastest mark in school history.

2012-13:  Finished eighth in the 1,650 free, ninth in 400 IM and 15th in the 1,000 free at GLIAC Championships ... moved into seventh all-time at UIndy in 1,650 free (16:29.92) ... Academic All-GLIAC ... earned second letter.

2011-12:  Won the team's mental attitude award ... finished eighth in the 1,650 free to help UIndy take third at GLIAC Championships, in addition to placing 13th in the 1,000 free and 14th in the 400 IM ... finished the year sixth in the 1,650 free (16:32.78) and ninth in the 1,000 free (9:57.39) on UIndy all-time list ... earned first letter.

High School:  Four-year letterwinner competing in the free and back ... finished in the top three in sectionals in relays or 500 free as a freshman, sophomore and junior before reaching state as a senior ... finished 25th at 2011 IHSAA State Finals in the 500 free ... finished third in 500 free at 2011 sectional in personal best 4:49.33 ... Minutemen finished 10th in Indiana in 2009, 13th in 2010 and 17th in 2011 and three-time sectional runner-up ... made the roster for the 2011 United States Parapan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico as he swims with only one leg after having his left leg amputated below the knee shortly after he was born ... 2009-10 and 2010-11 USA Swimming Scholastic All-American.

Personal:  Majoring in exercise science ... son of Steve and Lynn Herendeen ... born 4/23/1993 ... named to the 2015 U.S. Paralympics Swimming National B Team ... broke the American record for the 100m breaststroke SB8 at both the 2014 Pan Pacific Para-Swimming Championships (1:16.11) and the 2015 CanAm Para-Swimming Championships (1:14.70) ... also competed for Team USA at the 2012 Paralympics in London; raced in the 100-meter breast (SB8), 100 back (S10), 100 fly (S10), 200 IM (SM10) and 400 free (S10); top finish of ninth in the 400 free ... had his left leg amputated below the knee shortly after being born due to a blood clot.
