Former running back moved over to the defensive side of the ball, contributing at linebacker and on special teams … saw time in seven contests with five starts while battling injuries … had at least two tackles in all seven games, including a season-high six stops versus Southwest Baptist (9/28) … earned first career start in the opener at Ashland, earning five tackles and a pass break-up (9/5) … credited with two tackles for a loss of 13 yards at William Jewell, including 1.5 sacks (10/5) … also had a 13-yard TFL in the playoff game at Central Missouri (11/23) ... earned second straight inclusion on the team’s One-Play Warrior Club, a point-based honor that measures production on special teams.

2018
Became a key contributor for the Hounds, both on specials teams and in the offensive backfield … amassed 197 rushing yards on 30 carries, ranking second on the team at 6.6 yards per attempt … had his best game of the season at Southwest Baptist (10/27), racking up 99 rushing yards and scoring his first collegiate touchdown ... One-Play Warrior Club member.

Versatile athlete picked up Class 3A All-State First Team accolades from both the IFCA (at running back) and the Associated Pres (at all-purpose) as a senior after scoring a school-record 43 touchdowns … named the Jackson County Player of the Year … two-time all-county and all-conference … competed in the 2017 IFCA North-South All-Star Classic … also voted IFCA Junior All-State … helped BCHS to three sectional titles and a regional championship … ran for 266 yards on just 16 carries while scoring five TDs in a 41-40 semi-state loss to Lawrenceburg (11/18/16) … finished prep career as the school’s all-time leading scorer with 462 points ... also owns program records
