Brandon DeWitt enters his second season as a graduate assistant for the UIndy baseball team, where his primary responsibilities include assisting with both pitchers and outfielders.
Previously, DeWitt was a stand out two-way player for the Greyhounds, playing his final season in the Crimson and Gray as a member of the 2023 NCAA Tournament team. He ended his three-year tenure with the Hounds boasting a 4.02 ERA, with an overall 13-5 record as a starter and a .356 batting average. His had five complete games along with nearly 100 innings pitched in his senior season.
In 2019, he was the National Defensive Player of the Year at Sinclair Community College, earning the Rawlings Gold Glove Center Fielder award, and being named to the OCCAC Conference First Team and All-Regional tournament teams that same season.
