Carter Hendricks joined UIndy in 2025 to work with the tight ends. He came to the Circle City from his alma mater and perennial-power Grand Valley State. The Grand Rapids, Mich., native spent five years as an undergraduate assistant with the Lakers, including two as the team's video coordinator. After earning Dean's List inclusion numerous times and later a bachelor's degree in the spring of 2023, he assumed the Offensive Graduate Assistant position before being promoted to Senior Grad Assistant in '24.
During his time at Grand Valley, Hendricks worked with the wide receivers and quarterbacks among other duties, while also leading the defensive scout team each of the last two seasons.
