Logan Plumley

Logan Plumley joined the UIndy staff in 2022 as the Outside Linebackers Coach. He stepped into the Co-Defensive coordinator role in 2024 and now works with the defensive backs.

Plumley has helped lead the Greyhounds to a GLVC title and an NCAA DII playoff appearance all three seasons he has been on staff. As a DC in 2024, he helped the Hounds rank sixth in Division II in red zone defense, 19th in scoring defense and 20th in total defense. He also mentioned three All-GLVC First Team defensive backs in 2024, including the GLVC Freshman of the Year.

Prior to coming to UIndy, Plumley spent the two seasons at crosstown Bulter University working with the outside linebackers, adding kicking coordinator duties in 2021. He mentored All-Pioneer League linebacker Mickey Kane in 2020 and also assisted with preparation of game plan, practice plan and daily operations of the defense.

Prior to his stay in the Circle City, Plumley was the Defensive Graduate Assistant at his alma mater Miami University for two years. He was part of the staff that guided the RedHawks to the MAC championship in 2019 and helped the defense to a top-three ranking in the league in back-to-back seasons,
