Nickels Coach Nate Papandrea joined the Greyhounds in 2025 coming off a stint on the Austin Peay staff. He spent the 2024 campaign working with the Governors linebackers; running drills, helping with scouting, and assisting with the offensive scout team. He also spent two years each as an undergrad at Central Connecticut and Northern Illinois, working as a Defensive Student Assistant for both programs. More recently at NIU, he helped the Huskies to a four-game improvement in 2023, including a Camellia Bowl win in the season finale.
