Zarah Calvin joined the UIndy family in the fall of 2015. She is currently the head athletics trainer for the UIndy football team.
 
Prior to coming to UIndy, Calvin worked for a year at Millsaps College, an NCAA Division III school in Jackson, Miss. Before making the move to Millsaps, Calvin earned a master's degree at Mississippi State University while working two years as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer. There she worked with the Bulldog’s men’s and women’s tennis teams as well as the football team. As an undergrad at Murray State University, she worked with the Racer’s Football, Men’s Basketball, and Track and Field teams.

A member of both National Athletic Trainers Association and the Indiana Athletic Trainers Association, Calvin received her bachelor's of science in Athletic Training from Murray State in 2011, and her master's of science in Exercise Physiology from Mississippi State in 2014.
