Tommaso Villa

Villa enters his first season as the UIndy men's soccer graduate assistant in 2025. 

He arrives to UIndy from The Ohio State University, where he was a four year player for the Buckeyes men's soccer team. In his time with the Buckeyes, Villa racked up 49 appearances with four starts, notching one goal and 14 shots (five on goal) in those 49 games played. He was a distinguished scholar as well, earning Academic All-B10 in 2023, and Ohio State Scholar Athlete honors in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Villa was part of the 2024 Buckeyes team that made the Men's College Cup, and a match up with the eventual 2024 National Champion, Vermont Catamounts in the national semifinals. 

Prior to his time at Ohio State, Villa was a part of the Columbus Crew Academy for all four years of High School, training with the Columbus Crew first team on multiple occasions. He also was in the trials for Bromley, Crewe Alexandria, and Fulham, all in England. He captained one of the few United States teams in the Dana Cup, and Gothia Cup. 

Villa is currently pursuing his Master's of Business Administration from UIndy. He is the son of Antonio Villa and Dina Clemente, and is the brother of Filippo, Francesca, and Giorgia.
