High School: Four-year letterwinner on the basketball court  •  averaged a double-double senior year with 18.5 points and 10.3 rebounds per game  •  two-time all-city honoree helped Chatard to a runner-up finish in the 2008 Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) Class 3A Tournament  •  totaled 13 points and eight rebounds in the state championship game  •  also won three sectional championships  •  dubbed All-State Honorable Mention by the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA) as a senior  •  won the three-point contest at the 2008 East-West All-Star Classic before scoring 25 points in the all-star game  •  participated in Hoosier Basketball Magazine's "Top 60" Senior Girls Workout  •  named MVP of the "Rumble on the River" as a junior  •  high school teammate of Greyhound classmate Megan Gardner.

Personal:  Studying Nursing  •  one of many former and current Greyhounds to play AAU basketball for Indiana's Finest  •  also played  club ball with Gardner as a member of Indiana Elite   •  daughter of John and Teresa Schutzman  •  born 12/7/89.
