Katie Mitchell is in her first season as a graduate assistant for the University of Indianapolis women’s soccer program.
The Newnan, Georgia native comes to UIndy after completing her collegiate playing career as a four-year starter at the University of West Georgia. While a member of the Wolves, Mitchell was named to the NSCAA All-Conference and All-South Region teams as a mid-fielder. Mitchell finished her career with a school record with 21 assists, 16 goals and 53 points while leading the Wolves to four-straight Gulf South Conference tournament appearances.
At University of West Georgia, Mitchell earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management with a minor in Marketing. She is currently completing her Masters in Sport Management
