Biography

2007:  One of five Greyhounds to compile more than 200 kills…paced the team with a 0.82 blocks-per-game average…recorded a career-high 16 kills and added five blocks in a win against 22nd-ranked Northern Kentucky (9/22)…recorded the team's highest single-match block total of the year with a 13-block effort versus NCAA participant Rockhurst (10/12)…compiled 14 kills, a .667 hitting percentage and four digs at Bellarmine (10/19).

2006:  Compiled 102 kills and 44 digs in 62 games played…second on the squad with a .283 hitting percentage…earned increased playing time in the second half of the season and garnered at least 10 attack attempts in nine of the final 10 matches…hit .500 at Lewis, including a season-best 13 kills (10/10)…had eight kills, eight digs and five blocks at Saint Joseph's (10/17)…blocked six attempts while adding nine kills at Quincy (10/28).

High School:  Collected twelve varsity letters in volleyball,  softball and basketball…all-state performer in all three sports…played on three state championship teams…senior captain led volleyball team to a state title while pacing the squad in kills (399)…three-time all-metro in VB…named Hoosier Diamond "Junior of the Year"  and second team all-state as a junior softballer…2006 IHSAA Miss Softball…drove in the winning run in both the 2005 and 2006 state championship games…made the Indiana All-Star basketball team and named to the Indianapolis Star Super Team in senior campaign…Indianapolis Star 2006 Suburban Female Athlete of the Year.

Personal:  Studying Business Administration…two-sport athlete set or tied UIndy single-season records for home runs, runs and hits last spring before earning First Team All-Great Lakes Region on the softball diamond…4-year member of the honor roll at Martinsville HS…daughter of Mike and Sharon Breeden…born 1/28/88.
