HEAR IT FROM THE HOUNDS Senior
Kiara Elliott: "I felt like our ball movement and our execution was excellent tonight. Our forwards and our outside midfielders made some great runs tonight and we were able to find them in space and put the ball in the net."
Â
"As a senior, it makes you feel good seeing your young teammates contributing in wins and growing as players. We've got a young team and the newcomers have been pushing for time this entire year. They've stepped up when they've needed to and to see them succeed has been awesome."
Â
Head coach
Holly Cox: "We did a great job putting away our chances tonight. We played well in both halves, and it was great to see three of our ladies put balls away to give us a win. Now with our team scoring, we should be able to take some confidence away from this game."
Â
"This weekend is special for our team and especially our seniors. We didn't tell them anything different than what we have this year and I think our team had a bit more jump knowing it's our final home games of the year."
