WACO, Texas – Despite coming off its second straight convincing win, the UIndy football team held steady at No. 22 in the AFCA Division II Top 25 Poll this week. The Greyhounds orchestrated a 41-17 Homecoming victory against Lincoln University last Saturday to move to 3-1 overall and 2-0 in GLVC play.
 
The Hounds are again one of nine Super Region 3 teams in the top 25. Half the schools in the top eight hail from SR3, including Grand Valley State (2), Ferris State (3), Ouachita Baptist (6) and Pittsburg State (8).
 
Meanwhile, UIndy's program record of consecutive weeks in the coaches poll was increased to 18. The last time the Hounds were not in the top 25 was the 2017 preseason poll.
