A kill from

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
Martin is now second in program history with 618 digs this season as a sophomore. The Fort Wayne native is 119 from matching Kyleigh Turner's single-season record of 737, which she did as a second-year player in 2007.
Â
Furlong also continues to move up the record book, as the outside hitter is just 26 kills from tying the sophomore record of 503 in a season. Her 21 kills on Friday marks the eighth time this season that Furlong has record at least 20 terminations.

HOUND BYTES
Head coach
Jason Reed: "We didn't have our best night. We came out strong and showed some toughness in the first set, but Truman adjusted after and dug and block everything we shot at them.
Â
"We talked about how we've earned our opponents' respect and with that comes everyone's best game. I think we saw that from Truman tonight and we will expect to see it against Quincy tomorrow. It's a great opportunity to get back on track."
