UIndy 5, Cedarville 0
The Greyhounds jumped on the Lady Jackets with three runs in the bottom of the first. Three of the first four batters reached safely, with Cathy Skaggs delivering a sacrifice fly and Gianni Iannantone following with a two-run single.

Later, Skaggs capped the scoring with a pair of ribbies coming on a fifth-inning single.

Meanwhile, pitchers Lauren Honkomp and Katelyn Fisher combined for a two-hit shutout. Honkomp struck out four in five scoreless innings of work, while Fisher closed out the win with two hitless frames.

Purdue Northwest 4, UIndy 3
Facing a team they had defeated just seven days prior, the Hounds fell behind 3-0 in the second after a couple walks and an error fueled a rally for the Pride.

The teams traded scoreless innings until the seventh when the Greyhounds erased the deficit with three late tallies. Skaggs sparked the action with a leadoff walk. Brooke Riess followed with a single ahead of a clutch two-run, pinch-hit triple from freshman Taylor Danielson. Freshman Brooke Montgomery would cap the rally with a sac fly.

With the scored knotted at 3-3 heading into the bottom of the seventh. A leadoff single by the Pride eventually came around on a fielding error, with the unearned run good for the game winner.

UIndy has two more days of doubleheaders scheduled at Grand Park. The Hounds will face GLIAC-foes Saginaw Valley and Ferris State Sunday starting at 2:15 p.m.
