INDIANAPOLIS – The UIndy women's soccer program got their second player of the week award of the season Monday afternoon. The GLVC named junior forward
Taylor Peck offensive player of the week following the team's 2-0 weekend, defeating Southwest Baptist and Drury this past weekend.
Â
Peck totaled five points last weekend in UIndy's wins. The junior from Oswego scored a pair of goals in the team's 3-0 win over Southwest Baptist Friday afternoon. On Sunday against Drury, Peck assisted
Hannah Gamble's game-winning goal as the Hounds earned their 9th win of the year, matching last year's win total.
Â
Peck joins freshman
Alexi Hardie as the only Greyhounds to win player of the week honors this year. It is the first time since 2009 that the Greyhounds have had multiple player of the week honors in the same season.
