INDIANAPOLIS – The UIndy women's lacrosse team remains at No. 3 in the latest NCAA Midwest regional poll that was released on Wednesday. The Greyhounds are now 15-1 this season, with an unblemished 15-0 mark in region contests.

The Greyhounds have now 13 straight games dating back to March 2, and are 11-0 in Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) action. UIndy concludes the regular season this Friday at Ashland.

The top four teams in each region advance to the NCAA tournament, with the top seed hosting.

Grace Gunneson leads the team with 88 points, just two shy of the program record in a single season.
Riley McClure leads the Greyhound defense, scooping up 43 ground balls and causing 42 turnovers this season, while
Peyton Romig has won 179 draw controls and leads the country in draw controls per game. Rookie netminder
Cassidy King has been outstanding between the pipes this season, recording a .535 save percentage in over 733 minutes.
