Women’s Lacrosse Tabbed Top Seed, Host Of Upcoming NCAA Midwest Regional

INDIANAPOLIS – The UIndy women's lacrosse team was announced as one of 24 team to qualify for the 2026 Division II NCAA Women's Lacrosse Championship. Fresh off winning their fifth Great Lakes Valley Conference title in six years - and seventh overall conference tournament crown - the Greyhounds earned the No. 1 seed in the Midwest and will host first and second round games on Thursday and Saturday, May 7 and 9.

Making their eighth consecutive NCAA postseason appearance, the Hounds earned a first-round bye and will await the winner of fourth-seeded Grand Valley and five-seed Ashland. The visiting who will face off at Key Stadium Thursday at 4 p.m. ET. The winner will advance to face the host Greyhounds Saturday at 1 p.m. Both games will stream live on GLVCSN.com/UIndy.
